What is the commercial invoice used for:
The commercial invoice is used by governments of the importing country and customs authorities for valuation, taxation, and customs assessments. The Commercial Invoice generally contains basic details about the goods being imported. This document is very important for the importing countries because it directly affects their import revenues. Supplying fraudulent commercial invoices can cause great losses for the importing country. Therefore, this document must be properly certified and authenticated so that the importer pays fair and proper custom fees. D.C. Consular is very careful to have your commercial document go through all document legalization phases, including the Arab Chamber stamp service and Embassy Legalization, all properly done to your complete satisfaction. We realize the importance of time, and therefore have developed our own system to finalize your Embassy legalization services using the least time possible.
Why the U.S. is a good source for quality goods:
Most Arab countries operate under similar import regulations, where all commercial documents, document legalization, and Embassy legalization services must be performed in accordance with a standard set of procedures to ensure that these documents are true, authentic, and accurately reflect the value, origin, quality, and quantity of the goods. In the meantime, the United States is considered the top supplier for major Arab countries, where they rely on the high quality, durability, and efficiency of American-made goods, equipment, and machinery. Even agricultural and food products are known for their strictly controlled quality and suitability for consumption. Over many years of continued business with Arab countries, D.C. Consular has developed a unique and very efficient path for those wishing to use our services, where our clients’ satisfaction is always guaranteed.
Required steps for notarization:
In order for a Commercial Invoice to become a valid and acceptable document, it must be notarized, then authenticated with an Arab Chamber stamp in the United States, and finally submitted to the Embassy or Consular office of the destination country for final Embassy Legalization.
